VIZOR follows ITIL best practice request fulfilment processes. End users or their managers can request hardware, software and other IT services using VIZOR’s Request Portal. The request form can be tailored to each specific request ensuring all required information is gathered for the approval process. VIZOR supports multi-level approval processes. Approvers can be dynamically assigned to a request based on the cost of the request, seniority of the requestor and other factors such as priority.

Multi-level approval

VIZOR supports multi-level approval processes per request type with specific outcomes where all, or a subset, of approvers reject or approve.

Approvers by Cost level

Approvers can be dynamically specified by cost level. For example, a Director may need to approve all purchases over $10,000.

Pre-approval

Certain requests can be pre-approved based on attributes of the request and seniority of the requestor.

Delegation

Delegation ensures the approval process isn’t halted if an approver is on vacation or sick.
