Scott County Public Schools, has approximately 3,500 students and required a new IT asset management and helpdesk solution to replace their existing 'home grown' system. Debby Brickey, Technology Coordinator at Scott County Public Schools, decided to look for a new solution after facing challenges maintaining their existing, internally developed system. "Maintaining the bespoke, legacy system proved difficult, it was clear we needed a more sustainable and supported asset management tool" Brickey said.
